Mr Ply and Wood has shut down.
Pretty ordinary visit. 3 guys behind the counter all seemed more intent on having a chat than helping. Left alone in the showroom and staff were unable or unwilling to answer any questions with any sort of clarity or get out of their seats for that matter. Have dealt with this company in the past and found them excellent. On this occasion left feeling as though we were an interruption rather than the only customer in the store.
After complaining that my order should be done a week ago as promised, I've been told by a guy who called himself the manager that he doesn't want to do a business with me and threw my drawings on the floor in front of me. Very rude and insolent. This is the worst customer service in Newcastle. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.
They have a great range of quality products. Good service. Weather proofed my trailer with alloy ply. Easy to work with
