We have used Mr. Plumber for several jobs around the house, but most recently to repair a pipe that was leaking into our basement. I left a message after hours and received a call the next day with a visit a few hours later. Marcie was beyond kind and helpful. Dominick was punctual and polite. The job required several holes in various walls to replace a 60+ inch crack in the pipe, then required patching the walls. Ever since I bought my first home back in 2020, Mr. Plumber has done all of my plumbing updates in my 1960s home. They are always prompt to get to my house to fix the issue. Mr. Plumber knows how to fix absolutely anything & I always feel confident knowing that I can trust them in my home and that my problem will be solved whatever that may be. There is no other company that I would call for any of my plumbing needs, they are simply the best and most professional.
We have used Mister Plumber for many years and for good reason; they are responsive, professional, and do quality work! Currently they had to replace a leaking shower; the crew was all friendly and professional; they kept a clean (as it could be giving what they were doing) work area and cleaned up very well every evening. The work done is meticulous...they take total pride in their work; which doesn't seem to be the norm most places anymore. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
