Kelly/owner of Mr. Mover did a great job for us today. We moved a grand piano with Mr. Mover today- Saturday. That were fully booked for the next 2 weeks, but got us in for a Saturday move. Kelly was an expert at dissasembling and reassembling the piano legs/top, etc. It was a pleasure to deal with these people.
They are excellent movers the workers worked steady even in 32 degrees weather they never stopped the price was as they said it would be
TERRIBLE experience! 3 “professional”movers and 11 hours to move a small 3 bedroom house; no boxes and only furniture! Cost me $4000!!!!!! I was told 4-6 hours at most. I had to rent my own trailer to finish the back yard items so they wouldn't need to do a 3rd truck load!!! Damage to furniture and multiple areas in the new house are damaged; floors, stairwell and walls! One staff spent most of the day on his phone and then took alcohol from my fridge, drank and hid the can in the basement. Followed up with company for month... read more
