I usually don't bother with reviews, however i just read the one left by Tania Clark and felt compelled to say something, as it's such an inaccurate and unfair story of what happened, as i was in line behind her. The fellow had his back turned to the counter (i think he was cutting keys) and turned to serve the lady.The chap serving politely asked her to move aside and gestured with his hand, explaining he had customers behind her. Took a ring in to have 'Love Emma' engraved, got 'Love Emma with big spaces', looks disjointed & poorly engraved, find a Master Engraver for your gift.
Great service, had car key battery replaced and some engraving done in quick time. Very happy.
