Locked myself out of my property yesterday and had to pay almost $600 to a locksmith's to get back inside.. so headed to Mister Minnit at Plenty Valley to get a spare set of keys cut and was extremely disappointed to find they were not even open.. staff must have decided to close early.. how nice for customers. I visited this branch this evening 3 July around 620 in the evening to a leather bag strap shortened and stitched on its ends. The sraff that assisted me (Caucasian guy quite aged and with a long white hair) can’t be bothered listening to what I’m trying to explain to him. He keeps saying that he cannot visualise what you’re trying to tell me. It’s a simple task as having a shorten and having stitch on its end. Don’t even bother going to this Mr. Minit. I recently visited Mister Minit at Westfield Plenty Valley to get a car key cut. On the positive side, the car key he cut works, which is exactly what you want from this kind of service. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. There was no greeting, no smile, and overall the interaction felt very unwelcoming. While the quality of the work is solid, don’t expect a friendly or engaging customer experience.
