Wasted 120$ on copy car key which didn’t work at all. Came back to store next day after getting key done by locksmith. The store refused to refund the amount instead had another spare key which luckily work this time. Now got three keys for my car! Wasted time and resources as well.
Staff are lovely, good range of high quality products and quick engraving, got a beautiful silver pocket watch, cannot recommend more!
Amazing service from Mister Minit Westfield Geelong! Huge thanks to store manager Matt and the lovely lady who answered the phone for remembering my concern about my garage door remote not pairing. Matt went above and beyond by coming to my house, replacing the remote that is compatible with my garage door motor, and making sure everything worked perfectly. Outstanding customer service that’s hard to find these days. Highly recommend!
