I can honestly say that the bald bearded man working at the Coomera Westfield store was one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever encountered. I have never before left a negative review about an employee anywhere, but his behaviour left me stunned. He doesn’t even bother to look at you when you approach the store, let alone any form of greeting or any more than a “what do you want”. Went there this morning for a bag repair at 8.55 and the bloke there very sternly said they arent open until 9 to which I replied do you repair bags and he totally ignored me so I went to helensvale and the couple there were very helpful. There are 2 ways to run a business. Great job.
Brilliant ! I got late to pick up my car keys, given for battery replacement ! The owner drove nearly 30 mins to help me out in my desperate situation ! Very impressed with his conduct and manner of dealing with the situation , when he could have easily not cared ! Thank you !!!!
