Rudest person working here treating customers like a dog . Stay away from this please , wouldn’t go back even if it was free service . I was standing there for half an hour and rude guy cant even say hello to customer . I had to ask him is it gonna take much longer and he responded I have to come back . Would give zero stars if possible. Tried to get a key fixed for my car which they said would be 10 mins. After well over an hour of keeping being told another 10 mins, another 5 mins they eventually said they couldn't fix it and I had to get someone to pick me up as couldn't dive my car home. I meanwhile lost an hour of work over this. Got a lift back to a partially fixed key which I was told to bring back the next day so they could take it to another site to fix. Terrible customer service from the miserable staff member that was working at 11am 10/4/26. Came in to check my car battery as I had a 1 year warranty and it’s showing up as low battery on my dash despite getting it replaced less than 6 months ago. Straight off the bat he looked pissed off when I told him, took my keys to check, came up as full battery. He asked “do you have spare keys” I said yes, he said it must be your spare key then.
