Very disappointing experience and I feel I was charged for something that didn’t actually address the issue. The first time I visited, I was told I needed to pay for them to replace my AirTag battery because it required a “special tool”. After looking into it myself, I found that AirTag batteries are designed to be easily replaced by the customer without any special equipment, which made me question the advice I was given and seems they just wanted me to pay the extra amount for them to change it for me. Great experience! The staff were very patient with me, they kept taking links off of my watch as per my requests, and now it fits perfectly. They cared about my watch fitting properly and did not seem to mind that I was taking up quite a bit of their time. That being said, they worked very quickly. Thank you guys!
Extremely expensive and overpriced. About $10 to have ONE standard key cut, a job done in about 20 seconds
Be very wary of this Mr. Minit - surcharges on credit card payments of almost 10% for small purchases... have the bank statement to prove it...along with two significantly different prices for purchasing the same item about a week apart. Poor form . Will definitely not be doing business here again. Additionally, I discovered too late that the item I was charged $12 for at Mr Minit Victoria Gardens can be purchased at both Office Works and Bunnings for $4.
