We were after a couple of spare keys for a Yale night latch, the guy cut some keys which once home wouldn't fit in the lock! After doing some research, turns out they should have used the Silca YA89 key blank for this job. Instead Silca YA1E key blanks were used. Not very professional at all, and we're left with two useless keys (we're from outside of Brisbane)
Absolutely fantastic customer service from Lee and Campbell. They were both incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Great experience and a real credit to Mister Minit!
So impressed with the work so fast great service Campbell was amazing just a great job. Highly recommend.
The gentlemen here were great! They fixed my camera filter for free and cleaned the filter also. I offered to pay but they declined and gave me a piece of chocolate instead. Would come again!
Biggest thank you to Campbell who helped me with my stuck car key! 10/10 Service from him, he was helpful and a delight :)
