I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but after multiple interactions over the past couple of years, I feel it’s important to share my experience. My first experience with Mr. Minit was actually excellent. I bought a cheap plastic children’s watch and needed extra holes put in the band. A staff member at the Grand Central store did it without hesitation using a handheld punch and wouldn’t even accept payment. It was friendly, helpful service that exceeded my expectations.
