Took a watch for a basic band repair. Old mate working the counter was unhelpful and uninterested. I wouldn't have minded about the customer service if the repair was good but it fell apart within a week. If you're looking for watch repairs take it to R W Harold just around the corner. Fixed it for free and it hasn't broken since.

Highly recommend this store! I came in to have a few extra holes added to my belt, and the staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. After I left, I realised I actually needed a few more holes, so I went back and they were more than happy to adjust it again for me. What surprised me most was that they didn’t charge me anything at all for the whole service. Really appreciate their kindness and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent service. I had my watch band adjusted here and later returned to have some engraving done. Both jobs were completed within a reasonable timeframe, and the work was quality. Thanks!
