23/6/26 put shoes in for sole glue. Asked if could restitch but Dave said he doesn’t do that. Asked how long, he said a couple of weeks. Got to say I didn’t feel valued as a customer in any way. No smile, no greeting. After 4 weeks on 25/7/26 I get a call from Wade that my shoes are ready. I drive to town, where there is a line of people waiting for their shoes that have been in for 3 and more weeks. Very disappointed! I went in last Thursday for a simple shoe polish to be told it would be finished that day Friday at the latest. Heard nothing. Went in on Monday to be told by a casual worker that the shoes have not been completed and will leave a note that they must been done by Thursday. I called today and a great man wade answered and was very apologetic about this and had them done by end of day. Thank you WADE no thanks to DAVE.
Used to be an awesome, helpful business up until 10 months ago ,but now pathetic service and no follow up. Dropped a boot repair in December, I have followed up monthly and they are still NOT done. So frustrating. Bring the previous guy back.
The absolute worst experience possible. Went in last Friday with a job was told a day or two and Dave would give me call. Went in this morning, the following Friday after having heard nothing only to be told "oh sorry I haven't gotten around to it". I said I need it by tomorrow and was told to come back this afternoon by close, only to come back and be told again sorry didn't get to it.
