We are so incredibly impressed with the friendly, professional and highly skilled employees at Mr Minit Strathpine that were working today. We went to them with a tricky engraving request and they produced a result that by far exceeded our expectations. The engraving included both laser and hand engraving and both perfect. The 2 guys (sorry I forgot to ask their names) were so dedicated to producing a great result and got the job done ahead of expected time. Will definitely recommend them.
5 Star Performance - I went to the shop because I had been recommended for there service - and while they couldnt help me with my Watch - I was referred to Duane - Northside Watch Repairs. The fact they tried there hardest to help me - but were able to refer me on - says a lot about the character of the business. I saw the interaction with other customers - These 2 young fella's know there stuff, and are eager to help. Well Done - and Many thanks - Dave
Extremely overpriced for basic services. I was charged $69.90 for a basic key cut without any remote/transponder features, and $14.95 for a simple coin battery replacement. Charging nearly $170 for just two basic key cuts and two battery swaps feels completely unreasonable. I strongly recommend checking local locksmiths or buying batteries at Bunnings/supermarkets before coming here.

Price gouging. Charged $100 for a garage door FOB/remote. Changed my mind but was told pretty aggressively that they don't do returns. Realised afterwards that they go for less than $10 on eBay. Poor customer experience. Won't be using them again.
