Justin engraved a present for my niece’s birthday. Spur of the moment and as he was leaving for the day. He stayed back into his time and did it for me and did such an amazing job! 10/10 recommend any day!
Went to stocklands for car key replacement. After waiting for an hour, it was then the staff mentioned needing to be in the car which wasnt possible (immobiliser fail means car is undriveable so stuck elsewhere). Definitely could have mentioned that at the start. Required call out at another date. Booked in for a car key replacement. Never turned up. No phonecall. No reschedule. Fantastic good ol fashion service from Justin this morning! Fast, friendly and efficient. One of the best outlets of Mister Minit that I’ve been to. Great to have someone like Justin running a fantastic small business in a regional town like ours.
