I took my leather backpack in for repairs to the zip. Sarah was great, not only did she get the job done quicker than expected (went in Friday around lunch and initially thought it would be a Monday pick up, but she called at 2pm, job done!), she also did a bit of extra stitching to fix the internal fabric for me. Thank you Sarah!
Absolutely amazing customer service. I made a mistake when writing down what I wanted to be engraved, when I came back to see if they could fix it. The worker offered to put a design over the incorrect dates and even did it for free. every time I’ve spoken to them, they have given the same attitude being as nice as ever.
