Best in the business! Great service, super knowledgeable and friendly, thanks for sorting me out
Did my belt hole for free
John made a new hand bag strap for my vintage Gucci bag and it's an exact match unbelievable work. Thank you!!
Great, fast and friendly service
Jeff was arrogant and cocky as I had explained to him on my shoes that had not been glued properly. I brought this back and he insisted that this was not done by them even though I had returned the third time . I had mentioned that another person had done this but he made it seemed that I was lying . Definitely was not a good experience. I was appalled that this is the standard of customer service
