Follow up October 2025. Still nothing from this Franchise. DO NOT USE THEM. Informed they could change battery on my Tag Watch as they held the correct tools to service, after ruining and damaging crown, seals and waterlogged, I was required to send to Tag and pay $1200 for repairs. I had a disappointing experience with Master Mint. After the coin battery was packaged, I decided not to proceed with the purchase as staff said “no guarantees of working “ and no payment had been made. However, the staff refused to cancel or accept the return, stating that once packaging was done, it could not be returned. I found this policy unreasonable, especially since the item was a coin battery and payment had not yet been completed. Customer service was inflexible and unhelpful in resolving the situation.
