Highly recommended! I’ve been to Mister Minit Prospect Central twice now to have my watches adjusted, and both times the service has been excellent. Watch bracelet adjustments can be quite fiddly and require patience, but he took the time to get the fit just right and was very careful with the watches. Friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work! This has definitely become my go-to place for watch adjustments and similar jobs. Thanks for your great service.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience here. I brought in a brand-new watch simply to have a few bracelet links removed. When I got the watch back, there were multiple noticeable scratches and tool marks on the sides of the links around where the pins had been removed. I understand that watches can pick up marks over time through normal wear, but I don’t think a brand-new watch should come back scratched after a basic bracelet adjustment.
