The man behind the counter was super helpful and easy to chat to while quickly removing links from a watch! I initially went to the Macarthur Central store but was told they don't do watch servicing, and thought I'd try my luck when I walked past the Post Office Square store. The price was super reasonable and I was more than impressed with the professionalism and customer service. Edit to confirm that it was the lovely gentleman with the silver hair and apron pictured in the Google Maps shop listing!
