Terrible customer service on multiple occasions. I was required to pay upfront for a repair that wasn’t actually completed properly, then made to feel like an inconvenience for simply asking about it.
I had a sole depart a hiking shoe whilst staying on the Gold Coast. When I brought it for re-glueing, the service person told me I should bring both (but I didn't have the other shoe with me) and it was not convenient or immediately required. But I have just discovered - after attending the Morayfield outlet to have the other shoe repaired (some months later) - that Pacific Fair charged me for 2 shoes anyway! Cute and worth looking into by Fair Trading (Qld)!!
