Needed an urgent watch battery and new band urgently for my husband. Damien at Northgate Shopping Centre was not only hugely friendly, quick with his quality service but also informative, ensuring I knew what I was purchasing and why. Very very helpful! Thanks Damien.

Best place to get batteries for watches!! I had 3 watches that stopped at one. Found out another place in Glenorchy had used cheap batteries & not energizer ones. Great friendly staff, nothing was a trouble for these guys!!
Not worth the convenience. Take your valuables somewhere with more experience. Had a watch battery replaced and ended up with condensation issues and a watch that stopped after a week. Returned to get it rectified only to find it had stopped again not 12hours later. Won't be returning again
