Customer service on the 15th march was top tier by old mate, how ever the workmanship quality that comes out of this store is very poor, I picked up my brand new alias mae shoes that I recently purchased and had a topy carried out on them, received them back in scuffed up condition with marks all over the leather, wasn't happy with them so I asked if the scuff marks could be cleaned.
