Team were lovely to deal, but could not properly restore the soles of my Blundstone boots. In July I took my Blundstone boots in to replace the soles that had melted next to a campfire. Charged $139 and quick turn around. About 2 weeks later the soles were peeling off. Took it back, and the team apologised and did a repair for me for free. 1.5 months later the soles are peeling off again. I took it back and the employee offered to fix it. Excellent service above the call of duty. Took my wife's eighteen month old watch in for checking and service. It had stopped last week and I was able to replace battery but it would only run for a few hours before stopping again. The good lady attended to it straight away and within minutes it was up and running correctly. What's more it was for no charge. I offered to pay but they refused. We are pensioners and this was a real blessing to us. Regards. Nigel Rick.

Well, you want to know about GREAT service? At 5.31 (and a few seconds) I made it back to the kiosk to find it closed (closes at 5.30) Now, this meant my car, house and lockbox keys were "gone" along with - so I thought - my chance of getting home etc. So, naturally, I panicked! 😱 Rang every number I could find, left Facebook posts, email head office and finally in a moment of relative calm found the business card of the franchisee owner in a display holder on the counter.
