Went to get a new strap for my TAG Heuer Monaco and when I came back, there's chips and scratches where they've scuffed the lugs that most certainly weren't there before. If you have a watch that's worth nothing then sure get it changed by these guys. But if it's a watch that cost $13,000, I would recommend going somewhere else. - EDIT, they haven't gotten in contact with me for months since they replied to my original review to come to a solution. Likely just covering their PR but haven't done anything to resolve.

Had a great experience today. I needed a few holes punched in my new high heels before an event. I thought I may have to come back later or the next day but the gentleman was able to help me out on the spot immediately for no charge. Quick, friendly, and helpful 👌🏻

I went there as my children are 'key obsessed' and we selected a key each. I asked for their names to be inscribed which he did beautifully. When I asked to pay for the keys & inscription he said not to worry about it. To the gentleman that served us, Thank you for your kindness. It is most appreciated. P.s. The children haven't put their key down since & show everyone their special key.
