I went to get my watch links adjusted, and this should not be that hard because the Casio world time watch links have an easy release. However, they managed to damage a few of the links from being too hard on them. This should not happen, and I feel that, paying 20$ I should have the job done well on my watch. I have gone to this place before and had good jobs done. Just this time, I feel that they rushed it.

Went to get a new strap for my TAG Heuer Monaco and when I came back, there's chips and scratches where they've scuffed the lugs that most certainly weren't there before. If you have a watch that's worth nothing then sure get it changed by these guys. But if it's a watch that cost $13,000, I would recommend going somewhere else. - EDIT, they haven't gotten in contact with me for months since they replied to my original review to come to a solution. Likely just covering their PR but haven't done anything to resolve.
Had a great experience today. I needed a few holes punched in my new high heels before an event. I thought I may have to come back later or the next day but the gentleman was able to help me out on the spot immediately for no charge. Quick, friendly, and helpful 👌🏻
