I am a veteran on a veteran pension. I bought a present for my nephews 18th birthday. Pretty much as soon as I bought i discovered that my nephew already had one. I asked for a refund. Nothing had been opened and I obviously still had my receipt. The bloke behind the counter then phoned his boss.. This is nothing to do with ACCC as formentioned. My brother a veteran who is new to town and on a service Pension brought my son for his 18th birthday an expensive gift from your store yesterday, only to find out 2 minutes later my son already had the same gift. He returned straight away to get refund and was refused a refund. I’m so saddened, embarrassed and totally disappointed in this, such a poor response. I arrived at the counter late in the day only to present an amazing staff member with a ridiculously challenging watch. What ensued was an epic battle that she eventually won and my son is very happy with the result. I highly recommend this business
