Absolutely appalling customer service. On 23 May 2026, I took my watch to the Kenmore Village Mr Minit store for a simple bracelet adjustment. During the process, my watch was damaged, the ceramic band links were shattered and it was unable to be reassembled. Initially, I was in contact with the staff member handling the matter, who advised that replacement parts would be ordered. After that, communication simply stopped.
