I bought a used car with only one key and was a Japanese import, needing a spare, the team had many issues with original key, and when attempting to cut a new key my original key failed and the staff made a new spare and ordered and supplied me a brand new original in addition to a non genuine.. great service and friendly staff

Rang up to enquire about shoe polishing. It was almost as if the person couldn’t be quick enough to get rid of me. The moment I suggested going to another store, they were so keen to avoid the work. I’m new to Newcastle. Thank you, I’ll be sure to avoid this business :) If you’re not interested, why not just close down and retire?
