This place took my 47 dollars did not tell me that pressure testing was not included and that I had no idea my expensive watch was no longer water resistant.
I have used you guys in the past but today the workers you had on left me not wanting to come back. Original time for engraving was 2 hours after 3 hours I was told another 3 hour and both smirking. My time is valuable and to actually treat customers with this out look was wrong. 2 trainees and no one in charge. The engraving that was done is poorly finished too.
Thank you so much to the lovely bloke who did my last minute engraving request for me. He was working overtime due to unexpected shopping centre evacuation earlier in the day as it was - causing him unforeseen delays, but did it for me anyway and a great job as well, quick and efficient. Greatly appreciate it and the fantastic customer service.
DO NOT USE for battery changes or seal change and pressure test, I had a very well looked after diamond watch in for a seal change and battery changes and pressure test it failed there pressure test despite the previous owner being used it in water all the time, so I decided to put them to the test and take it to my normal watch maker and get it checked as I expected it passed with flying colours. Went in this morning to get a key made up for my Mazda bt 50 as my key stopped working in my ignition ...turned up there at 9 am and asked for a replacement key made up and was ready in 15 minutes Fantastic service guys The replacement key fixed all the problems with my car cannot be happier . If I could give you 10 stars I would Once again thanks heaps for getting me out of trouble
