Five stars to David for his stellar service and professionalism.
Flat out refused to refund cost of key cutting ($10) when after two attempts at cutting the key didn’t work AND I had been told by the previous staff member that a refund would be available if it didn’t work. Their only solution offered was to cut it again (when they had failed twice before)! “David” was very unhelpful and spoke to me like a computer not a human. Terrible customer service. Won’t be using this business again!
