I needed to change a battery in a brand new watch never out of the box. Was abruptly informed by the attendant the watch had been dropped and couldn’t be pressure tested once the battery had been changed. The attendant later discovered the watch was in perfect working order, but was still not prepared to test the watch! He either doubted his ability to change the battery correctly or doesn’t believe he needs to admit when he might be wrong.
Such a wonderful job engraving collars and cutting keys. I won't go anywhere else. Andrew stayed a little over time and was so professional and courteous. Can't thank him enough

If I could give no stars I would, extremely unsatisfied with the service from the staff and the so called “professional” quality this service provides. Asked for this dog bowl to be laser engraved and received quite the opposite. Not only does it look terrible being engraved by hand, but it looks like it’s been done by a 6 year old & has completely ruined the water bowl.
