This mister minit gateway is amazing!!! The boys gave me the best customer service ever and the craftsmanship for engraving a pen is top notch!!! Very very impressed!!! They are very helpful and looking to help customers genuinely!
How about staff give correct information and prices, got told I need a whole new remote key for my car, 2 different prices were quoted for programming to come to my place, $450 then $350, I did a simple replacement of the battery and it works fine. Money grubbers giving wrong information, and why would you say straight up it's the whole key replacement. Unprofessional service, be aware people so you're not getting fooled into spending hundreds of dollars when you can fix it yourself.
Dropped off a pair of RM's craftsman in September last year for re-sole. Explained i needed end of October. Got excuses re no cork for sole available. 7 months. No boots! Gave a story about boots at his house for after hours work 4 weeks ago. New pair cost $600 +. Where are my boots?
