These guys are the best example of what a honest, true blue customer-first business looks like. I’ve gone here for watches and shoes and the service here is consistently above and beyond. Just today I brought some boots into these guys to get the heel fixed as the nail was sticking out and when I came to pick them up they’d additionally painted over the scuff marks making 10+ year old shoes look brand new again! VON, YOU'RE A BLOODY LEGEND MATE. I got to Mister Minit Ellenbrook right on closing time. Von was already packing up and heading home for the day. To be fair, he could've easily told me to come back tomorrow. Due to circumstance I couldn't come back tomorrow. I have used the battery services a few times now, and today's service was just as great. The two males are always so kind and pleasant to speak with. Their knowledge and experience were evident when explaining what I needed. What truly sets this business apart was when I made a mistake with the remote battery that needed changing and they changed the right one for free. I was truly grateful for this kind and generous service.
