Extremely poor customer service. The guy with the ponytail was rude, arrogant, and immediately became defensive when I returned because the key he cut didn’t work. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, he insisted that because he’s a “key expert,” the problem had to be my lock. No one wants to waste their time making a second trip because a key wasn’t cut correctly, and it’s even more frustrating to be treated like the customer is the problem. I got 3 keys cut today at Mister mint & bought a keyring costing me $36. So expensive. When I got home I tried them to make sure they were working. So 2 out of 3 were working. What a inconvenience so I got to go again & get it done properly. Please do the job first time as I wouldnt be inconveniece now.
Very unhelpful, terrible attitude when asked simple questions with very specific information given like the exact model of watch I was told there are hundreds of models, well I told you the exact model, so can you do it or not? Told that I would have to bring it in. Why? You have all the information, why are you making this difficult? Also why can’t you use the battery I already have for the watch ( the correct battery). I rang this morning to see if the shop was open and was told yes open till 4.30. Went today at 3.50 was refused service as we don't serve anyone after 3.45pm.
Came into this store looking for help with a car key that I tried to fix myself and the man working really looked after me. He fixed the connection in the key and didn’t charge me when he could have as he spent some time making sure the key fob had a proper connection. It was my fault as the part I bought online was cheap and badly made and not an ideal replacement. Next time I will just come to this store to have my key fixed and not try to do it myself.
