The guy opened the store late, so I was waiting for over an hour and then late for work. The item I was picking up was for a gift, the engraving was not done as instructed and now the gift and item are ruined. Very disappointing
DODGY AND CARELESS SERVICE!! Please don’t trust them. In May 2026, I went to get my watch battery replaced. Apart from the battery dying, my watch was working perfectly fine prior. About 2 weeks after they replaced my battery, my watch’s time started running slow. I didn’t think it was from my battery as it just got replaced. I can't believe this business is still in operation. The communication between the three employees is so poor that it should be a comedy sketch. My shoes—yes, both of them, and not just once but twice—were lost in their care. When they finally found my shoes, they were missing their straps. Back I went, only to discover they couldn’t find the straps either. This franchise is a joke—although I have to admit, the staff are incredibly nice and apologetic.
