One of the nicest guy you’ll meet out there, only took 2 minutes and $5 for fixing the shoe.
Mac did a wicked job on my antique watch will be going back. With all my stuff
Thanks for taking the time. Great service and problem solving. Thanks Mac
I visited this store on Saturday to ask about engraving a wooden spoon. When I asked the gentleman whether he could help or suggest an alternative, he simply said, “We don’t do it.” The interaction lasted barely 30 seconds, and I felt dismissed. I then drove to the same chain’s Rockingham store, where the lady was lovely and completed the engraving in no time. Such a difference in customer service. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this branch.
Mac was very helpful and assisted me, to choose a 50th gift, he was so positive and ensured the engraving was done in time. Really appreciate such geniune service 10 out of 5 stars.
