I brought my boyfriend’s watch in to be engraved for his birthday present. I gave an example of some handwriting a loved one wrote before they passed away. I asked the guy if he could do this, he said “yeh, I’ll give it a go”. I said look, if you can’t, no dramas. I offered him my phone number in the odd chance he couldn’t do it so I could take it somewhere else to try and do. He said no need, just take the yellow slip and come back Monday. Aiden was great and couldn’t be more helpful - fixed my watch strap and tried to sort the problem out with my van keys but couldn’t find a solution in the end with the problem most likely in the barrel of the locks. Will definitely be going back to him. Thanks for your help!
