I took my handbag in to repair the shoulder strap. It had broken at both ends and needed to be restitched. Initially the repair looked great however I was very disappointed when the stitching unraveled approx 12 days later. He offered to repair his repair but it was going to take 3 days. We took my family members very expensive handbag here to have the sholder straps re-stitched and repaired, we left it over night and collected the next day. When received we had assumed the stitching was ok and didn't keep the receipt. Within the week we noticed the stitching had started to unravel and come apart. The stitching was not tied off or of any quality standard. Very poor workmanship was completed on the bag. Got new heel caps & half-soles for my favourite boots earlier this year, which I'm still enjoying.😁 A big thankyou to the boss for sensible advice on a different pair of boots - older, but never worn. The plasticky soles were kaput from age, technically fixable but very expensive & the years hadn't been kind to the vinyl trim inside either. Sadly cut my losses on those boots, but will return with other repairs.👍👢👢😁

I would rate zero stars if I could. I went there to fix my expensive Louboutins, I told them specifically I was in a hurry and I needed to get to sydney, they sent me away for 20 minutes for me to only come back to see my $2000 shoes thrown in a plastic container and to be told they can’t fix these shoes. Not only did they not help me but they also wasted my time. Next time before you want to waste someone’s time learn to communicate before you send them away for nothing!
