Really happy with the service at Mister Minit Burpengary. I went in to get my car key battery replaced and was reminded that I also needed a spare house key cut. They even gave me a discount on the key while I was getting the other service done. The young guy who served me was really friendly and helpful. Great service and professionalism, which you don’t see enough of these days. Would definitely recommend!
guy who served me was extremely rude and blunt. The customer service was disappointing, and I was also charged a ridiculous price just to have a key cut. Unfortunately, the experience was not worth the cost, and I would not recommend this place based on the service I received.
Jaidan was so very helpful, I needed a new watch band and he directed mate to the ones on sale and changed the band and new pins , he wasn’t even upset when I changed my mind for a red band. Such great service
Lost the chip in my car key and they were able to replace it for me. Car was being a little problematic but Mr Mint was patient and got it all programmed and working so quickly. . Even got a cool cover for my key so it won’t fall to pieces and I lose part of the key again. Thank you 🙏
