Mick at Mister Minit Broadmeadows is an excellent operator. He coded a new key and fob for our Honda as well as a new remote for our home security. Even provided a guarantee. Everything worked first time. Experienced technicians are so rare these days so how brilliant is it to find a man with excellent product knowledge and skill. I cannot give a higher recommendation than 5 stars so ill try this. 5 stars customer service 5 stars product quality 5 stars price and value Dont go anywhere else.
Dont trust this long hair guy. I dont recommend this shop in Broady.
I dont recommend this place, my remote control has still have warranty for 10months but he wants to charge me again for 60$. They're one year warranty is not real. This place should check by the Victorian Consumer affairs.
This place needs minus rating 1 star is also too much. Rude customer service from the long haired guy. Worst experience, I never expected this from a international company.
Tried to return an unused garage remote with receipt and had it literally thrown back at me on the counter, then was bluntly told they don't do refunds. Fine, I get that, but what they conveniently forgot to mention is that they could have offered me a store credit instead. I had to find that out myself. Now I'm stuck going back and forth over email with their customer service team just to sort this out, chasing replies and getting nowhere, all for a store I don't even live near.
