Excellent service at Mister Minit Bayside! The staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They completed my job quickly and the quality was outstanding. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was happy before I left. It’s great to find a place that genuinely cares about customer service. Both my pairs of Windsors Smiths had soul repairs down and within 2 months both pairs are coming apart. Will be looking elsewhere for shoe repairs.

So not deserving of 1 star! Worst experience ever, went in with a perfect key as in I can pull the key from the battery and button section easily with the button on the key. Asked attendee for a new battery. All good agreed price. Picked up the key, I can no longer remove the key from the battery button section. I took the key straight back. Attendee denied he broke the key and said he was a professional. Proceeded to pull the key apart with what looked like a box cutter of sorts finally got my key apart and blamed a spring ... read more

One of the worst customer service experiences ever . Four trips to bayside, 6 hours of my time , still unable to program key and refused to refund( even after snapping key off in ignition due to poor cutting of the key ) . Not even a sorry. I did end up with two extra car keys but not with the remote system which is what I was charged for . ( spent $500 less a part refund of of $200 ) Do not recommend for car key remotes and definitely not if you expect any quality of customer service.
