I brought my 2024 Rivian to Mister John Auto after a fender bender, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Frank came highly recommended, and he absolutely lived up to his reputation! I recently had my vehicle repaired at Mr. John. It was an insurance claim, from my first interaction with Vince to Kandy at the front desk and Frank, the communication the service the finished product was excellent would highly recommend anybody to bring their vehicle to Mr. John for all of their auto body work.
Vince and his team did an outstanding job with repairing my car. Very timely. Amazing communication. Highly satisfied with the coordination with insurance and keeping in contact with me with all updates. Strongly recommend anyone looking for repairs or work done to their vehicle.
It was such an easy process with my car thanks to Frank and the whole team at mister John’s. I was rear ended and they dealt with insurance from the start to end and I didn’t have to deal with any of it ( which is how it should be ). My car looked brand new when I picked it up. I’ll be bringing my car back for any body damage repair whatsoever. Thank you guys again for the amazing service !
