Horrible experience. Charged twice the amount that locals do ($380) and still didn’t fix the problem. The technician wasn’t sure what the issue was. Could be the opener the spring or the track. If he did any adjustments would cost extra ($125 extra to adjust the spring ). He was here for 45 minutes and still had the problem. He seemed more interested in selling me new opener. Also added 15% for using a credit card.
Please don’t trust these guys they came to my house and opened my well working opener and springs also threw it on the floor and asked for change for the garage panel and I asked if can do it or not they promised to complete the work but never showed up after taking my deposit money so I called multiple times they are so much
The garage door still slams shut at the bottom, which shouldn’t happen after a proper calibration.
Despite saying everything was fine, the equipment still behaves unpredictably, which is concerning.
