Our insurance company contracted Mister Gallant for our basement leak damage. Everyone they sent has been professional, their own project management has been great, with all questions answered, and the renewed basement looks outstanding. We are thrilled with how well it came out considering how miserable we were when we realized our basement was ruined!
Avoid at all costs, This person came representing the insurance company, to access some recent water damage and left his personal business card. The water damage was recent but "economical" insurance denied my claim based on his advice. Of course he wanted me to use his services and pay out of pocket . This is a complete conflict of interest which needs to be escalated. Please do not use this service
The company’s representative that came to my house to check the issue was polite and seemed willing to help. However, when I called Mr.Gallant’s office to get a few basic questions answered, the lady on the other side was extremely rude for no reason, could not be less helpful or empathetic, and she actually thought she was doing me a favour… I ended up hiring another company to do the job and what a difference. This experience alone would make me think twice about accepting their services…
