Rhys was amazing today. He was informative, asked relevant questions and was patient and taught me a lot about vaping. I have been vaping for years and he taught me things I didn’t know to make my vaping experience even better. Im new to vaping after quitting smoking and aaron gave me the run down and explained it all to me, probably the best customer service experience ive had! 10/10 would suggest mr devices and having a chat with aaron if you are thinking of switching from cigarettes to vape amazing bloke hands down...
I went in earlier today and was impressed with the customer service by Rhys. I’m new to vaping and he explained some of the differences between the types of devices and was really helpful with what juice to get. Will definitely be back
