really big waste of time. Had someone come out to evaluate an existing wood burning fireplace. He offered no advice. No evaluation. No feedback. Took some measurements and said he would follow up. Never did. When I called a week later I was assured an estimate would come and that they have their own in house electricians, etc. It never came. They simply never responded again. I left a VM again and nothing. I would absolutely stay away and not waste time here.
