My wife took her 2009 Civic in for service this morning (9/18/21). They did an oil change with car wash. Terrible service! After the car was washed the attendant pulled it up and parked it, and no one wiped it down to dry off remaining water. After 15 minutes of waiting my wife went out and asked if her car was ready and the attendant said yes. When she went to the car her keys were nowhere to be found.
