We have been monthly members for years, my boyfriend even longer than myself. Today, he took his truck through and the actual machine malfunctioned and broke, causing multiple large parts to break off inside his tire as well as lodged into the actual tire. They took pictures and pretty much said they would cover the tire but NOT the rim. Automatic Car wash was so easy, I ate a snack as I sat in the car. The attendant was sooo helpful to this old 🧓 lady, going "the second mile" while explaining how to navigate.
Will not be back went to wash my car when my wife picked up a couple of towels to use one of your employees shouted out at her in front of everyone put that back! She thought that she was able to pick them up and pay for him when she got to the counter, but instead was rudely yelled at. when we got to the front to pay for our wash, we told the other employee and then that employee came up quickly and said I'm sorry love for you not understanding.
