They don't spray the bug juice on the front of vehicles as they enter the tunnel. They told me they spray only when the see bugs, but the attendant never looked, they only were guiding cars into the track, THIS IS LOVE-BUG SEASON AND ALL VEHICLES NEED TO BE SPRAYED .
I paid for a car wash six weeks ago and I was told I could get as many car washes as I wanted for 30 days. In fact, I never used one, but six weeks later they charged my card $28. Don’t use a card at this place!
My vehicle locked me out, and Megan McGrath (mngr), was so kind and courteous to help me contact my husband. She ascertained how to get my car unlocked and I didn’t have to call a locksmith. She saved me tons of money!!!
Overall the car wash is fine. My complaint is when you first enter they never spray for bugs on window or front of vehicle. You have to ask for it. Well I did ask but still lots of bugs. Went back next day still had bugs on front. Anytime you have lots of bugs they need to spray and use a soft brush. Not sure if I will keep our membership yet. I will look around.
