Least helpful staff I’ve ever encountered at a car wash. Can’t wait for this place to close and a decent wash to take its place. Best decision I’ve ever made to cancel their membership
The worst car wash that you can ever come to so read the reviews because it’s not a lie. We’ll leave bugs and we’ll leave stains all over your vehicle. And they will have you run it multiple times and try to throw you an accessory so that you don’t complain then they will sit there and not pick up their phone so don’t even bother calling and although you’re in the right and they’re in the wrong, they will not refund you no money.
Absolutely awful experience. I’ve been getting my car washed regularly at different car washes with no issues, but I went to this location only because I had a free wash voucher and I deeply regret it. During the wash, a piece of my car flew off and my windshield cracked. I’ve never had damage like this at any other wash. I immediately spoke to the manager, and although she was polite, she said there wasn’t much she could do and that the corporate office would need to follow up after I filed an incident report.
