They have basically ruined the car wash industry. They bought up all these old car washes and left them as is. Almost every time I go to one some portion of the wash is broken and not working. The amount of soap they use is so minimal that even with the cloths that are supposed to wash the top of your car, they don't even remove the dirt residue where the wipers don't wipe.
